Robert is a gem! He is hands down the best agent out there. We were looking for a home from out of state and he was so organized and efficient. We had one free weekend to look at homes and he drove us around and made the process fun. When it was time to put in offers he was competent, straight forward and professional. We threw a thousand curve balls at him and he handled every issue with urgency, never skipping a beat. I highly recommend Robert, you won't regret it!

Robert did a fantastic job of going "above & beyond" for us during our buying process . . . from meeting with an architect to see if an elevator would need to be installed for an airbnb conversion, to staying on top of all those pesky inspections and contract dates. Very well organized and highly ethical. Would definitely work with him again!

I'm so happy that we chose Bobby to be our realtor! As a first time homebuyer, I had loads of questions throughout the process. Bobby was always super responsive, patient, and insightful. He did an amazing job of coordinating house showings for us (a true scheduling wizard) and when we found the perfect home, he knew precisely what we needed to do to get our offer accepted against steep competition, including a cash buyer.

Bobby is a fantastic realtor and human being - he really cares about his clients, is a natural communicator and a true "people person", and is also just a fun and positive guy to be around. He worked incredibly hard for us to get us the house we wanted and for that I am grateful. I would 100% work with Bobby again in the future!

Bobby was a professional, but mostly he was honest and he told us not what we wanted to hear, but what we needed to hear. He was our advisor and his honestly kept us from making a huge mistake. We felt like we could talk with him about every desire we had for our new home - no matter how big or small, Bobby made our needs his needs.

We will always contact Bobby for our home purchases. That's just it - he really cares that we're making the right choices and that's why, whatever company he works for we will support. West and Main should hold onto professionals like Robert Francis (Bobby), because he makes their company better.

Right now, I'm sitting in our home and we couldn't be happier with our life and our choices.

Bob is an amazing realtor and an even cooler guy. He’s a fairly new realtor, but don’t let that deter you from choosing him! He has worked in the industry for a while, specifically in the credit section of a lender’s office. The knowledge he can offer when it comes to that side of buying a house is invaluable; I don’t know of any other realtors with that in their proverbial tool belt. For us specifically, we ran into a lot of issues while attempting to qualify/buy (none of which were his fault) but his solutions-driven attitude helped us figure everything out, one step at a time. Once we finally found the perfect place, he was so on top of the paperwork that we were able to close in a matter of a few weeks. He even bought us a housewarming gift to make up for all the stress we went through when working to get approved. I don’t know what we would have done without him!

Robert networks well in his "commune"ity, is not hesitant to ask any question, is creative crafting a contract, is not a "tenacious salesman" and he's fun to be around! Even though he doesn't have vast experience he is not naive. Robert is a high quality human being you would benefit yourself by meeting him.
