Goody is by far the best realtor in Mesquiet! He is very educated when it comes to the market in the area! He also has an amazing personality that makes you want to buy a home from him! I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of listing or looking for a home. He works hard for you which is nice since your home is usually your biggest investment in your life! My husband and I live in Utah, we contacted Goody and asked that he show us some homes that we had looked at on a website and also asked him to find us some additional homes to look at in the same areas, within a couple of days, he sent us a list of homes that he thought we would like and when we got down to Mesquite that weekend he had made appointments for us to look at these homes. Goody was very organized and went out of his way to make sure that our trip to Mesquite was not wasted, he showed us a home that we absolutely fell in love with and made an offer on this home, because we lived in Utah, he handled all of the paperwork and went above and beyond for us scheduling the inspection, being there for the appraisal etc... We contacted Goody through the Zillow website to look for a home in Mesquite, NV. We live in Utah and this was to be a second home for us. We sent Goody a list of homes we wanted to see and asked if he would throw in some that were close to what we sent that he knew about. When we came to Mesquite, Goody took us to a number of homes that we had requested to look at and some he thought we would like. He was extremely well organized and we found a home that was perfect for us. As we went through the mortgage funding Goody took care of everything for us. Inspection, appraisal, any repairs that had to be done....just like if we were there. I HIGHLY recommend this agent. I have worked with many over the years but Robert Goody Good is the best I have ever worked with. We were renting a house here in Mesquite. The landlord had given us ever indication it would be 4 or 5 years before he would retire and want to move into his home. I don't usually write these type of things but I wanted to write a review for Robert Goody Good. I am a recent widow with no children and made the difficult decision to relocate to a new community. An acquaintance lives in Mesquite (and loves it) so I decided to move there. She recommended Goody to me and he was such a nice man. He helped me find a home (which I just love) with no problems at all. He helped me with some very good suggestions for my particular situation, which I’m very happy with also. Plus his wife is an avid golfer and suggested I join a golf league which I’m thoroughly enjoying! “Goody” came highly recommended from a business associate of my husbands. We’re looking at retirement communities to purchase a second home and decided to meet with Goody. By luck we found Goody while searching homes on the Internet. Just one call is all it took to find a home and close on it within 2 months all while we were in Wyoming and he was in Nevada.
