Robert Lorenzo

Robert is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in both residential and commercial transactions since 2019. Robert utilizes his extensive financial background and passion for real estate and turned it into an auspicious career. Robert’s ten years of fiscal expertise allow him to fairly and accurately assess property valuations, and his experience as a client relations specialist makes him adept at contract negotiation.

Proficient in developing marketing programs, networking, and creating a media presence for his clients, Robert is known for his unmatched tenacity and drive. Prior to his career in real estate, he established himself in the financial sector with a private equity group as an integral team member in managing customer relationships and leading deal support.

Robert, along with Kent Markgraf are the team principals of The Vanderbilt Team of Compass out of Sayville, New York. The Vanderbilt team consists of 15 Agents that cover all of Nassau and Suffolk counties.

A native New Yorker, Robert earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Finance and Information Systems from Fairfield University. In his leisure time, Robert can be found on the golf course, working out, or spending time with friends and family. Robert currently resides on Long Island's South shore.
