I have used Rob twice to purchase my homes. He is very knowledgeable about the market and areas because he has lived in SA his entire life. He makes things very easy and goes out of his way to help you in any way he can. My family and I are so appreciative to Robby Medina for all the time and energy he spent helping us sell our home and also finding us a new home. We were worried we had overstayed our welcome because this was the third time we came to him and began the process of looking at homes and talking about selling ours to just later back out for one reason or another. But he jumped back in without question and went to work for us. We looked at many houses but finally found the one that fit. We prayed and submitted our offer with Robby’s excellent guidance and had our first offer selected.

Now we had to sell our home, so we began the process of getting the home ready for showing the following week, he walked us thru each of the steps. We opened the viewing on Friday and closed them on Sunday. We had a signed contract by Monday above asking price.

If your looking for a agent for buying or selling I can’t recommend him any higher, he went above and beyond for us. He even put up with all my questions. His knowledge base of the market is without question.

Thank you for making my family’s next step in life so smooth. I know you worked your back side off for us.

Google needs 10 stars for service like this!! My wife and I have known Robby through our church for many years and we have witnessed his success in the real estate industry. So when we were having to relocate due to work he was first one we reached out to. What a great move that was!! Christy and I could not be more satisfied with all that Robby did to help get our home sold. It was a unique home in a special location so getting comps were a challenge however Robby’s experience and research paid off. The photo team was spectacular, the marketing strategy perfect and even the timing of when to go live were all key in making a quick sale.
By the time our listing went live we were already impressed but when the negotiations began I was blown away!! His experience was a huge asset!! He handled everything. His communication was great! He kept us informed on the things we needed to know but kept us out of the drama that we didn’t need. Because of the distance of our move, he was not able to represent us as buyers, but I have called him many times to get his opinion. Some of his suggestions helped us secure our future home and we are grateful to have had someone like Robby helping us through this process!!

If you are getting ready to make one of the biggest changes of your life, I highly recommend hiring Robby. He has all the qualities a realtor needs to make this experience go smoothly.

He handled everything from the start: explaining the current crazy market, setting up the pro photos (which turned out amazing), doing the marketing (not just posting it on MLS), and preparing us for the insane weekend of showings.

Then, most importantly, he handled the stressful middle part. He explained the multiple offers, was super patient with all of our questions, and when the accepted offer was falling apart, and I was losing my mind, he was so level-headed and pulled us through to an even better offer just days later at $25k over our original asking price!

He made sure our long-distance closing was smooth, and I highly recommend him to handle one of life's biggest changes. Give him a call if you are looking to move. It doesn't have to be stressful if you have the right realtor.

We were moving from out of state and Robby lined up all of our showings and made sure our limited time in Texas was productive. The Austin market was very competitive and we made offers on two different homes but we were one of many offers.
