Roberta Hoskie

There are few better examples of success and breaking the poverty curse than Roberta Hoskie, who was born and Raised in New Haven, CT. She was a Homeless Teenage Single Parent, who managed to raise herself up from Poverty to become a successful real estate investor, broker, serial entrepreneur, author and one of most powerful inspirational speakers of our time. Roberta’s rag to riches story went Globally Viral. She has been featured on every major media network in the United States of America and has been featured globally on the covers of newspapers on the other side of the globe such as Thailand, UK, Russia and Japan.

In 2004, Ms. Hoskie took a "LEAP of FAITH" and left her "Good" job in Bronx, New York, where she managed a 56 MILLION Dollar Budget to fulfill her D.R.E.A.M. of investing into her own Community and started her first Real Estate Business in her basement, along with her sister Tameka Hoskie. Since then, she has created four other companies focused on Real Estate Training, Investing, Business Development and Self & Mindset Development that have helped create streams of income for people all across the country.

The Gateway College 2012 Hall of Fame inductee is also a recipient of Numerous Awards inclusive of but not limited to the 2014 Minority Business Person of the year, New Haven Register's 2015 Person of the Year, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, 2016 Person of the Year, Elm City Pioneer Award, State of Connecticut's African American Affairs Commission Business and Economic Development Award. Roberta has been recognized by US Senator Richard Blumenthal, US Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro, State of CT Comptroller, Kevin Lembo, State of CT Lieutenant Governor, Nancy Wyman, Governor, Dan Malloy, the State of CT General Assembly and many, many more.
