The Williams Team are truly amazing! There's not enough adjectives in the Webster dictionary to describe the overall work performance of this team. The bond is basically established instantly upon the initial encounter with The Williams Team family. I had the pleasure of working with Kimolyn Howard-Adams and Daelee Tracy. These ladies are magnificent. First of all, Kimolyn is the best realtor I have ever met! She went far and beyond her call of duty. Her gifts are truly blessings from God! She never skipped a beat or gave up looking for a property I could call home. I needed a home that would keep me close to my mother, whom I am her primary care giver. At first, it was a bit of a challenge because nearly all the properties I viewed at first didn't meet the distance radius which would keep me close to my mother, which was very important to me. This didn't stop Kimolyn. She kept all my preferences, being mindful and respectful to my likes snd dislikes, as she search for a property that met my criteria. The attributes I admired the most about Kimolyn are as follows: she's a great listener who paid close attention to every detail I brought to the table. I could tell she loves what she does because she do it so gracefully; she has such a humble, gentle and peaceful spirit (I was so comfortable opening up to her about my situation with finding a home); she's a motivator (there were so many times during my house search that I became discouraged and felt like giving up - Kimolyn was right there holding my hand and encouraging me, she always saw the bright side of things - her positive vibes are like a magnet that clings to you, providing comfort and reassurance. Daelee is another exceptional Williams Team member who I had the pleasure of working with. Anytime I had a question and I reached out to Daelee, I got an immediate response which was very detailed. Daelee made sure I understood all the information and instructions sent. She was very professional and courteous. The Williams Team has made my house search a very memorable moment. I would not have found my home if it weren't for the dedication and hard work put forth from this outstanding team! Thanks guys for making my dream of becoming a home owner reality! I’ve been talking about relocating for years to Atlanta and when my landlord told me he was considering selling the house I was renting in NJ I decided it was time to make the leap. I reached out to a number of realtors, but decided to work with Michieva Atkins as she understood what I needed when I told her I wanted to live in an “ethnically diverse” town/neighborhood plus to be frank, I was super comfortable talking with her. Michieva was diligent and worked quickly to get my offer accepted on my 4th attempt. I was expecting this to play out for months looking, getting into bidding wars and overall being miserable, but things moved very quickly and Michieva worked her magic.

Giving that I was living in New Jersey at the time, Michieva was my eyes and I trusted her judgement to move forward with the purchase even though I didn’t see the house in person until closing day where I actually drove down. In all, I was able to purchase my first house painlessly and Michieva was 90% of the reason behind this positive experience. I have very high expectations and standards for people I work with and Michieva delivered. I give her a 10 out of 10. She checked all boxes, was genuine, honest, trustworthy, and an amazing communicator (I can’t stress how much these things matters).

As an investor in today’s market your realtor is the most important decision you can make. Some-times I need help with comps same day so I can make a decision on an offer. Let me start by saying Michieva Atkins is the Truth!

From our initial phone conversation and initial first meeting which we did via Zoom (because you know, we’re still in a pandemic) she demonstrated veteran realty knowledge, poise and professionalism. We also shared a couple laughs in getting to know one another.

From the beginning and throughout the process Michieva observed and asked key questions to ensure her full understanding of my needs (which was a pretty specific list because I’m a bit picky lol). She asked me in return to provide her my feedback on homes we viewed not only what I liked/disliked but WHY. Well, within the first week or so of our search, Michieva was able to attain a pretty spot-on understanding of the new home she was helping me to find.

On this journey, she was so patient. Even if I got on her nerves a little (with my sometimes petty reasons for not liking a particular house lol), she never showed that! She seemed to totally understand exactly what I was looking for. We were on the same page…very important! She worked with me through the entire process, gave her honest opinions and advice which I appreciated.

So, did Michieva help me find ‘that’ home….Well, YES SHE DID! And I have to tell you it wasn’t just ‘that’ home, it was/IS my ‘New Happy Home’! Michieva helped lead me to the home that I prayed for and she made it happen!
