When clients identify a neighborhood they want to live in and they have been unsuccessful in finding anything online, Ron has gone out and rang doorbells to search for someone who wants to sell. This high touch approach gives him a boots on the ground perspective of a neighborhood that cannot be found through an online search or by looking at a spreadsheet.
For those who need to sell a home, Ron uses online information to educate his clients, so they are able to price correctly. He always hires a professional photographer and has specialty photographers (such as drone photographers) he can use depending on the property. Once the home is listed, Ron does both online advertising and door to door canvassing based on the assumption that one of your neighbors may know someone who wants to buy your home!
