An award-winning realtor in her very first year, she has continued to be in the Top 5% of realtors nationwide year after year.

Buying and selling a home is an emotional experience and Ronda strives to help alleviate the stress associated with a move and sees herself as a navigator in the road ahead for her clients. In over four hundred transactions in her career, there is little she has not seen.

She has a strong educational background in marketing and economics at the University of North Texas and obtained her Masters in Real Estate from University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000. She has been fortunate to assist many families relocating to Colorado from across the nation and the world as a chosen member of her firm’s executive relocation team. She understands the complexities, challenges and nuances involved in such a move and prides herself on taking a personal approach not only to the real estate purchase but all the other details that her clients need to cultivate a lifestyle she inherently understands they deserve.

In 2016, Ronda was selected by her peers and leadership at her firm to serve on the Board of Directors for the Luxury Division and was integral in setting standards for that space with practices that lead to a higher bar in the industry in Colorado as well as nation-wide.She was hired and chosen by a national renowned firm, Trammell Crow in her hometown of Dallas, Texas to be part of a leasing team for the residential division that opened up 4,000 multi-family luxury apartment homes in the Denver market at the same time. Those early years in her real estate leasing and marketing career set the standard for her and level of client service that exceeded anything the industry had ever seen before. It still remains one of the hallmarks of how she treats each and every client today- no matter the price range, it matters greatly, and she truly understands that. “Colorado is my home and a magical place to live and raise a family”

Ronda and her husband have lived in Broomfield for 38 years and are the proud parents of two grown sons who attended Boulder Valley Public Schools, The University of Denver, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and Regis University and were both fortunate to play Division 1 Soccer while obtaining their undergraduate and master’s degrees. She also is Dog Mom to her beloved yellow lab, Sadie. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, gardening, hiking, mountain trail running and tennis.
