Ryan helped me close a tricky transaction for two properties that had some unusual lot and neighborhood elements. He was always available and stayed on the other realtor and the people handling the misc. details like surveying. Ryan was knowledgeable about the market and area and best of all he was easy to work with. I highly recommend Ryan and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.

Ryan is an amazing realtor, going above and beyond, what it takes to sell a home! He was so accommodating and understanding when I had to sell my mom's home after she passed away, in 2018. He even came and helped us clear the yard, and load up remaining furniture. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me and my family. What a blessing to know him, and to know that I can still call him if I have questions or need any information.

I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to Ryan. He was referred to me by my neighbor who sold his house recently. Ryan was great in guiding me through the tunnel. He knows this market and always had the knowledge. Ryan provides an excellent service. I felt like I was a priority at all times when it came to selling my property. He literately sold my house on the 1st day. Ryan has the connects and the knowledge to sell your house . He answers his phone regardless of the time you call & is very quick to answer emails . I actually had mistaken him for another realtor and he was very courteous in his response in me being wrong. Not only was his approach generous but he even provided a solution to my problem and expressed genuine empathy for my issue at hand.

I have purchased two houses through Ryan, so you could say i am a repeat customer. Anyone who has bought and or sold houses knows that there are a lot of moving parts to the process. Ryan did a phenomenal job managing, organizing and taking charge of the whole process from start to finish. He was in constant communication and kept me updated with any new developments. His level of customer service made me feel like I was his top priority. Ryan also has a wealth of knowledge on real estate practices that came in handy during negotiations and closing time. I felt like I received the best price because of this knowledge. I will continue to use Ryan Brooks for any future purchases or sales. Ryan Brooks sold a house for me and did a really great job! He came by the house and gave me a detailed to-do list with pictures before listing, I think this tactic really helped sell the home for top dollar and probably saved me a lot of money on small repair items that were easy to fix and update. I was surprised at how smooth the process was, Ryan was able to find me a buyer that bought my house for full price and closed in about 30 days. He was always very responsive on the phone, emails, and text messages. I would highly recommend using Ryan for any Real-Estate needs or questions. I have already referred him out to other family members!
