About RYAN
I was born in a very small town in Oklahoma and was raised by the most generous parents and hard working that you will ever see. I learned how to over come diversity at a very young age. Being that my family was of mixed nationalities. I learned the value of hard work and determination from my mother and father who always strived for greatness in everything they did. When I was young, I was diagnosed with global dyslexia, which would affect my speech, sight, and hearing, and was told that I would never be able to have a normal life. I would struggle with everything that I would try. My parents would not allow that so they did everything in their power to make sure that I would succeed in school and in life. I graduated high school with honors and went off to college where I would go on to pursue a degree in Business and go into the family business as a project manager for my families Commercial General Contracting company. During my time working for my father 911 happened and I had no choice but to enlist in the military. I came home after I had completed all the paperwork and told my family. I do not have to tell you that my mother was in tears and my father could not have been happier. After calming my mother down, I explained my reasoning and she understood. She was calmer but extremely worried.
After I finished basic training and tech school I was to report to Okinawa Japan where I would be a team leader of a Combat Mobility Element at Kadena Air Base. I was a little worried at first since I was not entirely sure of what entailed with this job. So many amazing things happened during my term in the military. I got to be apart of the disaster relief program during the tsunami in Shrelonka Thailand. I was deployed to Kuwait, Ballad & Kandahar where I was on an amazing team that set up the remote location air ports. It was such an amazing and devastating time. I was unfortunately in a convoy that was attacked and several of my team members we not as luck as I was. I had to send them home to there families and not in the way they were expecting which was the hardest thing I ever had to do. In 2006 I was sent to Dover Air Force Base to separate from the military With Honors, Achievements and memories that will never be forgotten.
In 2006 I met the love of my life and I made the decision to remain in the Delaware area. I started following my passion to pursue real-estate and have be fortunate enough to be successful in my decision. I have been in the real-estate community for over 13 years. During that time, I have been blessed with great buyers and sellers and can tell you that some of them have become some great friends.
I just wanted to give you a little back ground on me. I hope this little bio shows you how dedicated I am to my family, friends, clients and my career. No other real-estate agent will work hard for you than I will.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope that you will consider me for all your real estate needs. Please feel free to reach out to me via phone call/text at 302-535-5312 anytime.
