Over twenty years experience in commercial real estate, starting in 1990 as research analyst with Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, in Miami and as Director of Market Research at Terranova Corporation, Sally began brokerage in 1996. Also has six years experience appraising commercial properties such as shopping centers, office buildings, commercial land/outparcels, and self storage facilities in the four-county Northeast Florida region.

Extensive background in tenant representation, working with law firms, general office and multi-national corporations. Currently specializing in the medical office market in Northeast Florida (Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau and Flagler Counties).
