My husband and I met Sal Aleguas when we were considering accepting a job offer on the Space Coast, but wanted to be able to obtain a spacious oceanfront condo that would accommodate our pets. We had a limited time to spend on our search. Sal immediately understood our needs, and showed us several properties. The second one he showed was ideal, but he had to negotiate aggressively to obtain good terms and an exception to the condo rules for our pets. We were able to return home quickly with our mission accomplished, and I accepted the job. Sal not only handled the transactions in a highly competent manner, but followed through and oversaw the installation of flooring and window treatments so our home would be ready for us to move in upon our return. He continued to work with the other realtor to correct any problems we noted, and even insisted Bright House come back out to improve our telephone service. My husband and I met Sal approximately 6 years ago to look at a piece of property that he had listed. That particular property was not a match for us, but Sal was! His professionalism and patience with us was above our expectations. We had previously worked with a few other realtors associated with larger companies and found them cold and not interested in our needs and desires. Since then we have listed two of our personal homes with him. His willingness to host open houses, be available for spontaneous showings, post signs and brochures, and run ads in the newspaper contributed to the successful selling of both homes.
