SALVADOR ARMIJO

As a C.A.R. Director, Salvador has played a key role in shaping policies that affect the real estate community. He currently serves on the C.A.R. IMPAC and Government Affairs committees, demonstrating his dedication to advocacy and legislative initiatives. His participation in the Fair Housing Policy and his position as the State Political Contact for the 53rd State Assembly underscores his focus on fostering an inclusive and financially sustainable future for the industry.

At the local level, Salvador has been a member of the Citrus Valley AOR Board of Directors since 2019, actively engaging in the Legislative Action and Budget and Finance committees. His leadership as Chair of the Commercial Forum, along with contributions to the Legislative Advocacy Committee, Grievance Committee and Election committees, highlights his commitment to the Association’s integrity and success.

Salvador is also passionate about diversity and inclusion, having been appointed the Regional Chair for Diversity in 2023, and he has advocated for real estate professionals through his work on the Professional Developer Forum and the Transaction & Regulatory Committee.
As the Broker/Owner of Carnaval Realty since 2004, he has built a successful operation from the ground up with expertise in commercial sales with focus on triple net and lending for residential and commercial practices. His previous roles include branch management at Transamerica Financial Services, Household Finance and Carnaval Realty and Mortgage Company as well as being a Quality Assurance Analyst with Bank of America and a Broker Associate at Century 21.

Salvador's strong ethics, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments have established him as a respected leader in the real estate community.
