Great Realtor!! I needed help with removal of things in my back yard and Sam helped us with someone to remove it. He is very hands on with his service and went beyond the call of duty as our Realtor. He really helped us get our house sold very quickly.

Sam handled the sale of our home in downtown jersey city. It was evident from dealing with him that he's a seasoned professional and very knowledgeable of the sale process. He's particularly good at navigating around local city regulations & pays attention to potential back log with the city. He patiently walked us thru all the steps systematically and made sure things are done in the right sequence and on time to allow us to close the sale as quickly as possible. He also connected us with a great lawyer. The closing process went very smoothly. I highly recommend Sam, particularly for those who are first time buyers/sellers who are not very familiar with the process.
