Sam’s tenacity has proven several accomplishments through the years. She has been awarded and promoted for having exceptional negotiation techniques as well as year over year trending growth. She is a back to back multi time Presidents Club recipient and has held many training roles throughout her career.
Sam would describe herself as untraditional in this ever evolving real estate market. She prides herself on having resourceful critical thinking skills, as well as a calm and considerate demeanor. Sam is a loyalist who earns trust and respect from all of her clients. She understands how difficult buying or selling a home can be first hand and is incredibly cognizant of the entire process. She often goes above and beyond what traditionally has been the norm and shares compassion with her clients.
Sam is a Colorado native who grew up around real estate her entire life. Her father is a custom home builder with over 35+ years of experience of building in the South Denver Metro Area and because of this Sam has an authentic passion for real estate and interior design. Sam has a bachelors from University of Northern Colorado and resides in Littleton with her husband Josh, Son Beau and yellow Labrador, Pippa.
