First off, Samantha is my Sister, she's incredibly honest and invests an amazing amount of energy into each of her clients. I've never known anyone else as driven as my Sister. When she decided to get into real estate she studied from multiple books every moment of the day that wasn't reserved for other responsibilities. She pushed her coworkers who wanted this change as well to keep them studying, holding sessions whenever possible to ensure everyone was progressing. She the love and support of everyone of her family and friends as a confident, competent, epic individual. Every time we speak she amazes me with the wealth of knowledge she has gained, even to the point that I think she knows her trade better than I know mine, and I work in IT lol. My forecast for Sami is that in 20 years her name and ethics will be spoken in reference to not only going above and beyond, but also delivering. -Christopher

I cannot thank Samantha Sarver enough for what she has done to help me improve my credit score, and by proxy, for what she has done for my future! After years of neglecting to monitor my credit score, I was bottoming out in the low 500s and had zero knowledge of how to raise it. She taught me the importance of watching my score, and even showed me how to get a rough idea as to what my score was looking like without dinging that score with a hard inquiry. I now keep my debt-to-credit ratio down under 20%, my credit bills are always paid on time and in full, and I have removed three out of five of my accounts in collections through disputing incorrect information per Samantha’s advice. She instructed me to open a secured card, which has played a big role in helping my score. Soon I will be requesting an increase on that card, as my credit score is now a 656 in just under a year a working at it. With a credit increase and a little more age to my credit lines, I expect to be breaking the 700s in no time. I have always dreamed of buying my childhood home in Melbourne Beach, and with a good credit score plus the down payment I have I been saving, I thing that dream will become a reality in the near future!
