Hi, I’m Sandra Burkholder with EXP Realty Luxury. Licensed since 2000, I bring over two decades of experience across nearly every corner of real estate—including luxury homes, commercial properties, property management, investment real estate, and residential sales. Beyond sales, my background includes commercial due diligence, insurance appraisals for high-end homes, and insurance inspections for commercial properties, giving me a sharp eye for both value and risk in every transaction.

I’m active with WayfaringLancaster.com and run the Facebook group Wayfaring Lancaster: Buy Local – Buy Small, which celebrates local life and supports small businesses across our community.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy life in Lancaster County with my husband, who works for Speedwell Construction, and our blended family of biological and adopted children. Being an adoptive mom is a big part of who I am, and I carry that same commitment to care, detail, and advocacy into my work with clients.
