Sandy is absolutely amazing! She was patient to work with us for several months, in our pursuit of the perfect home for our family. Always prompt, on top of the game, with a huge knowledge of the real estate market and the area, encouraging, and with such a positive attitude. Sandy handled the sale of our riverfront property wonderfully from start to finish. We listed the home and had 2 offers over asking price within hours. She did a broadcast email to all the realtors in our area and arranged for nearly a dozen showings that first day. We actually closed a week early with no hitches or problems. Sandy is able to professionally work with other agents and make sure that the offers we received met our requirements and the buyers were qualified. We will use Sandy in the future when we sell or buy any properties in Brevard County.

These are tough times for home buying but Sandy managed everything from start to finish and fought for us to win! She is the real deal and you want her on your side. She was always one step ahead and we never had to worry. She replied to every text immediately and answered every phone call. Sandy made the whole experience pain free for us.
