I want to recommend Sara Abrams to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate. Sara is a hardworking, very knowledgeable and detailed professional with a great pulse on the market. Sara has a great personality and a very understanding way of thinking.

We sold our home with Sara and her team for more than we were expecting. It was a great experience. It was a difficult transaction, but she made it go a lot smoother. First time and clueless homebuyer here. I bought an old small house on some land. Sara was amazing. Her knowledge of older houses, the issues to look for, things that get overlooked was amazing! Sellers didn’t even know they had a septic tank! Sara did. Saved me $4k on the inspection. They paid. She knew about possible asbestos in the siding, looked for right of way deeds on the property (there was one). None of this was revealed by the seller. Thanks to her connections I had a great inspector and got a ridiculously low rate on my mortgage. Between finding and closing it was only 5 weeks. I couldn’t be more grateful. It starts with caring about the client and that’s what Sara does. You couldn’t do better I promise you. Thank you Sara for everything. (Written while sitting on my back porch looking at my land :)
