Sara was amazing!! My mom had passed away in May 2025 unexpectedly and I didn't reach out to Sara until the end of November to put Moms house on the market for sell. What I thought was going to be a long process and very confusing was not. Sara was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, she truly had our best interests at heart. She explained every step clearly, answered all our questions promptly, and went above and beyond I would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. To make a long story short… Sara and her assistant Megan worked very hard and diligently with us to get our house sold.

We started the journey of selling our first home at the end of August with a tight timeline to have it listed in October. Sara came over and did a walk through pretty soon after we decided to work with her and team. She came up with a clear list of projects and suggestions that would increase the curb appeal and overall value of the home that a buyer would find important. Throughout the fix up process, someone was in touch with us to make sure we were on target and that our needs were met. We were able to get professional pictures done that truly highlighted the features of the home.

Because of their efforts, we were not disappointed by the amount of interest and showings that were booked. Sara and Megan were communicative of feedback that was provided throughout so we could further improve how the house showed.

We were able to get our asking price and the closing process went as smoothly as any seller would hope. Documents were exchanged. Polite negotiations were had. Our closing was delayed by one day due to documentation on the buyers side but that was the “worst” of it.

We could not have lucked out more from a cold call from a Zillow house tour request. Sara and team are professional, willing to work with you, punctual, and have your best interests at the forefront. I highly recommend Sara and team for your real estate services!

Sara was amazing! In the midst of pandemic locked down, and with us 8 months pregnant with our first child, she got us our dream home and then turned around and got our former home sold for an amazing profit in less than a week! She handled everything we needed for inspections and helped us make sure our buying offer was the strongest in a bidding war. She even negotiated after to make sure our new home got necessary repairs before we moved our new baby in! When it came time to sell our former home, Sara gave us her suggestions to make the house look great and be ready for sale and had a stellar photographer take great pictures for the listing. Sara answered all our questions and responded to texts and phone calls no matter when we reached out, we always knew she was in our court and never had to chase her down (like we did with other local realtors!). She truly loves her job and her clients and it shows.
