Sara Gladden is the best. She is a fantastic realtor with selling and buying. She listed my house and negotiated and helped us to sell and buy a new house in 2 months.
She is extremely helpful and reliable through the whole process. She kept us informed and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. Sara and her team (Felix Torres) are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Sara helped me and my fiancé find our dream home !! She was a god send to us ! We sat down with her and told her our entire wish list for our dream home and after a month of looking we found the perfect home that matched all our wishes and hopes. She was always accessible and quick to respond to any calls or texts. Sara is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and she is a master at getting things done on time and makes sure no corners are cut! She will even crawl in a crawl space to check in out or walk around the house and check the gutters and the roof! She isn’t afraid to go the extra mile to make sure you get the perfect home! She made us feel like she actually cared about us not only as a client but as a friend! Sara is a pleasure to work with and on our first meeting she promised me she would fine us our perfect home and despite how stressful It got house shopping while the market was insane she never not once gave up on us and now we found our dream home! We couldn’t ask for a better realtor to help us through this process !
