Sara was awesome! She went above and beyond with every aspect of the home purchase from the first introductory email/call to making sure I had everything I needed even AFTER I had moved in. Professional, caring and very detail-oriented, Sara navigated me through the entire process while I was in Chicago and ALWAYS returned texts/emails in a timely manner. She made it completely painless and took care of any unforeseen issues along the way. Best of all she is a warm and genuine person that is truly concerned about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely seek her out with any future realty endeavors. She is one of the BEST realtors I have ever worked with in over 20 years of buying and selling homes. Sara has been the MVP of 2020 for our family. We used Sara to buy our first home in 2016 and since then our family has grown by 1 dog and 2 babies. During the pandemic we had time to reflect on what is most important for us and decided that we wanted to be closer to my parents. We called Sara to tell her that we needed to sell our current home and get into a 4 bedroom home in Highlands Ranch for a max budget of $515,000. We knew it was a big ask, but if anyone was going to get the job done it was going to be Sara.
Sara got to work immediately and set up an impressive listing consisting of staging, professional photos, drone footage and a glowing write up of our home. By the end of the weekend 4 of the 11 offers were 25-30k above asking which was more than we ever dreamed of. She then helped coach us through choosing the buyer out of all the offers and we made it to closing without any hiccups.
As impressive as her selling performance was Sara was just getting started on her over achieving. Sara listened to what we needed in a home going forward and got us into a Saturday morning spot to view our dream home. She then gave us time to think about our offer that afternoon and contacted the selling agent to make sure we could put our strongest offer on the table. She stayed up well past business hours with us crafting an excellent offer taking the time to walk us through every section while balancing our opposite personalities and needs with such a large purchase. We were both able to sleep that night confident in our offer. She called us the next day to tell us our offer was excepted. Yay! Sara was able to get us under contract for our dream house, on budget, while we were still contingent upon sale and for exactly what our new home appraised for.
Sara is an excellent selling agent, fantastic buying agent and most importantly a rock star of a person!
