Working with Sarah has been an absolute dream. Less than a week after we started looking at new homes we were already under contract thanks to her expertise in the market and developing competitive offers. She also helped my husband and I sell our home above asking price in under 30 days. Sarah knows this process inside and out, and had our best interests in mind throughout the whole experience. Every one of her recommendations - from movers to stagers to electricians and title company have been awesome as well. I like to think I stay on top of things but Sarah was always one step ahead in the process. She's super responsive, and she never put me in a position where I had to track her down for answers or next steps. Home buying can be stressful, but this whole experience has been such a pleasure.
