I was planning to go with a different agent with a different company, but then I found out Saverio was in real estate and decided to go with him. I am SO glad I did! The previous agent said he could sell my home for 220k. Saverio came in and quite confidently said, "I can sell your home for 245k." His positive energy and professional confidence are what made me immediately realize I was in better, more competent hands. Saverio sold my home in 11-days, but not for 245k, for MORE!
Saverio is also a very considerate, personable and approachable person. Communication was excellent! Throughout the sale, he addressed every concern, and made the process very stress-free for me. I really needed that.
