Having been licensed here in Florida, it gives me a wonderful opportunity to do what I am good at, putting people together. I started in the Sales Industry as a Restaurant Management Recruiter, owning and opening a branch office for a Nationwide Recruiting Firm.
Born and raised here, living here in SW Florida, I excelled quickly and my clients had me start doing site selections for them, being adept at identifying their needs. I am involved with both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Over the 15 year history, I have sold properties from $30,000 to $30,000,000 here in the SW Florida area and beyond.
I stay active in the local SW Florida scene and have a good grasp of what current in this local market as well as South Florida and Central America. I lived in Central Valley of Costa Rica for over 8 years, getting to know the Pacific Coast and the Southern Caribbean Coast of that Country. I am also quite familiar with Nicaragua, and Panama, specifically, the Pearl Islands off the coast of Panama City.
