Scott was an absolute joy to work with. The best realtor I have earned the privilege to work with. When the market was tough and the VA loan was a challenge, Scott made it happen for my wife and I. I never thought I’d be buying a new construction home and I am just completely overwhelmed with his professionalism and expertise. Any purchase of any home! Scott is the guy to make it happen.

We contacted Scott from Ontario, Canada to help us find a house in Northern Connecticut/ Massachusetts. He was very professional and responsive with all the calls made to him, long distance. It was due to his quick responses that we were able to find our home. Since we were in another country we trusted Scott's opinions, and am I very glad we did. I love our new house, and it is starting to feel like home. Scott was always there for us throughout the two month closing of our house. Upon the closing, it was so nice to meet Scott and put a face to the voice. I would recommend Scott to anyone, near or far, looking for a home in northern Connecticut or Massachusetts! Scott’s business Chem-Dry of Hartford cleaned and sanitized our home. Honestly I didn’t think it was possible to get carpeting that clean! Literally like new. Seeing is believing! It was a big job and Scott’s crew got the job done in no time. Professional and very affordable. Definitely recommend Chem-Dry of Hartford.

Given the market is hot and homes list and sell within days Scott was often asked quick deliverables to view homes, he hit the target each time.

From the minute we met Scott we knew we were in good hands. Scott was professional, attentive and super friendly. He made us feel like we were his only clients and his top priority at all times.
