Sebastian Brevart

Sebastian,comes to RE/MAX Hometown of Media with extensive experience in real estate, investment, and business. He holds a BA from Ursinus College, and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pa. Soon after completing his degree he purchased his first home, a "fixer upper" in Delaware County. A year later, he sold this property and, using the proceeds bought a condo sight unseen in Honolulu, HI, to pursue an avid passion for surfing, where his drive for success, love for extreme sports, and competitive nature would thrive for the next ten years.

Having realized the power of real estate investment, Sebastian acquired his real estate license with the intention of buying and selling property for himself, and subsequently went on to purchase several investment properties in the islands. In line with his degree and having always had the desire to help others, he went on to share his knowledge and ended up assisting many friends, tenants, and military members to achieve their goals of home ownership or acquiring investment property. Sebastian was one of the top producers in his company, and attributes his success to his commitment to staying up to date on the market and trends, and his personalized approach with clients. He does his best to, "demystify" the home buying/selling process in order to offer the most honest and transparent approach possible. Furthermore, his extensive education and practical experience in the field of clinical psychology provides an addition benefit when he is negotiating on your behalf. He still maintains close friendships with many former clients, and is humbled knowing that they continue to look to him as a trusted source for all their real estate needs. Through his well known Client Appreciation Program, Sebastian is known for staying in touch far beyond settlement in an attempt to provide a continued exceptional level of professionalism and market knowledge to his current and past clients.

In addition to his successful real estate career, Sebastian has owned three businesses in Hawaii, one of which has since been sold, and two that are still maintained with a partner. While he still owns investment property in Hawaii, he currently resides in Glen Mills, with his seven-year old son, Brennan, and prides himself on being an active member of the thriving Media community and school.
