Please accept this informal thank you for all you have done over the past month plus! I so appreciate your friendship and all the extra efforts and time you put in to helping me with the purchase of my new home. I opened the basket/box once I got home and my goodness, it was like Christmas! Such a variety of gifts and goodies. All will really be enjoyed. Shanda helped my wife and I find our first new home in Port St Lucie. From the moment we met her until this current time, she was not only our realtor, but she has also become a good family friend. She listened to our needs and desires and showed us a number of homes. Interesting enough, she listened so well to our wants and needs that the first home she showed us is the home we ended up purchasing. She is extremely dedicated to her clients and worked for and with us around the clock. She helped us through the entire process and stayed in touch with us through the entire process. I purchased a home March 2015. I was a first time home buyer and had only little knowledge of how this all works. I was referred to a realtor by a friend, Shanda Lamb. Shanda immediately answered her phone and I wanted to meet her asap, which she did! Shanda went over every little aspect of the process I was about to go through and made it an amazing experience. This all started back in August 2015 When I started to look for homes in the port saint Lucie area, while I was on Internet I filled out many of the realtor information sections. Shanda was the only one that returned my call within hours of posting, from that point there she had my attention. I gave her a list of homes i wanted to see that week and she set them up right away. I was very impressed of how fast and efficient she was at this. Shanda is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY EFFICIENT at her job. I had many questions and she had answers, if she did not know, she quickly got the answer for me. I have purchased and sold many homes here in the south Florida area and have been through many real estate agents, Shanda is now my permanent realtor!
