Shannon most recently represented EchelonSeaport, Boston’s largest residential development consisting of 447 condominiums designed by award winning architects Kohn Pederson Fox and developed by Cottonwood Management. She was instrumental in the successful launch of the project with sales totaling over $400 Million dollars earning her and her team the 2020 BRAGB PRISM award for “Sales Team of the Year”. Prior to EchelonSeaport, Shannon represented developer Kavanaugh Advisory Group on Starboard Place; a 54-unit development designed by Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc. (BH+A) in the historic Charlestown Navy Yard with a sell- out totaling of over $25 Million. In addition to developer representation, Shannon represents Buyers, Sellers, and Investor clients throughout Greater Boston and Boston’s South Shore. Her experience and vast network ensure that every client has full coverage and confidence through all aspects of the real estate process.

A Cum Laude graduate of Bryant University, Shannon previously worked for one of Boston’s top advertising agencies as a Media Planner, creating, negotiating and executing high-profile marketing campaigns for prominent clients like John Hancock, Sugarloaf and Sunday River Ski Resorts, and Boston’s Institute of Contemporary Art. In 2009 she transitioned into a career in residential real estate and in 2014 went on to earn her Broker’s license.
A native to Massachusetts, Shannon grew up on the South Shore and has lived in multiple neighborhoods throughout Boston including Seaport, South End, South Boston, and Boston’s Waterfront. Her intimate knowledge of the Downtown neighborhoods and luxury buildings throughout the city are a tremendous asset to her clients. She is an avid yoga practitioner, running enthusiast, and world traveler. In 2019, Shannon moved back to the South Shore to her hometown of Plymouth where she currently resides with her partner Ben, their son Charlie and black lab Zoe.
