Realtor?? Friend?? Now both. I’ve known Shannon for some time now. We had been juggling the thought of selling our house. Life got in the way a little bit. And life changed a little bit. But through it all Shannon was right there full of empathy, sympathy, and knowledge. She was able to coach us on what needed to be done. We never ever thought we could get the amount that we did for our house. But through Shannon‘s guidance she made it happen. The amount of knowledge she has in this business is top-notch. I know she has continued education and also teaches what she preaches. We highly recommend Shannon to anyone in any type of homes sale. Ours was 102 year-old home. Regardless, she didn’t flinch.

AN OLD FRIEND BECOMES MY REAL ESTATE AGENT, AND THEN MY HERO. Shannon and I met years ago when our children attended the same local Christian school. We saw each other often, if not daily. We had a casual friendship and mutual admiration of each other. Both good women of good families united in christianity to better our children's lives.
Fast forward about 20 years and now our children are no longer attending that little Christian school, but our admiration of each other has remained and we are always happy to see each other at bridal showers, weddings and other mutual events.
This past November, my healthy husband was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. That news was a shock to him, myself and our family. After a few months of rigorous treatments it was obvious he was not getting better and we had to make a plan for me to move forward financially without him.
I was suffering from anxiety and depression by this time and had to find someone to help me market my rental property for sale. Nothing I had ever done before and top that with anxiety and you've got a recipe for disaster.
I reached out to Shannon Oberman and she took the reins from the first conversation we had all the way through the sale of the house.
Her expertise is second to none. She is professional in her speaking and appearance. She is devoted to her clients. She is capable and willing to do what you cannot. She is trustworthy beyond words and has to be one of the best in her field. THE best in my book.
If you are considering using Shannon's talents in real estate, just do it. I assure you it will be the best decision you may ever make.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Excellent to work with!! Shannon was a pleasure to work with from the very first day. She laid out a "plan of attack" to sell our mother's home. Starting with an "open house" and then every Monday, I would get a phone call from her highlighting the previous week's events from prospective buyers. We had offers the very first week above what our asking price was. She guided us through the process of home inspections, appraisals, etc., and answered the many questions that we asked of her always being patient and very understanding of our limited knowledge of the process of selling a home. If you are looking to sell a home Shannon Oberman is the person to go to!!!
