Awesome experience while working with Sharon to buy our new home and sell the old one.
As a buyer agent, she always make a good preparation for the open houses. For each house we are interested, she worked with us to analyze the pros and cons, read all reports, made a plan for the pricing strategy. She is very patient and would like to listen to our opinions.
As a seller agent, nothing is better than sold it super fast at a great price that over our estimation.
We are so lucky to have her as our agent and will definitely work with her next time.

We have our deepest thankfulness to Sharon for helping us find our dream house! As a first time home buyer, we don't have too much knowledge in this field but Sharon took a great care of us. She was always patient to explain us in great details of home related issues, and always did a detailed research for the home that we showed interests. When it came to offering stage, Sharon was a good negotiator and helped us built a good relationship with the seller, which helped the seller finally accepted our offer over other's with the same offering price. We would definitely work with Sharon again if we have the needs and would like to recommend her to anyone who are also looking for a professional agent.

Sharon helped us successfully close our home with our 100% satisfaction with her help and service. Overall, she has been one of the most reliable and trustworthy people I have met. She was our realtor, but she always thought and acted like a friend. She is considerate and can notice the details that we can’t, so she gave us very helpful suggestions on home selections. When we went for open-houses, she was always prepared and patient, and helped us build the relationship with the sellers from day 1. During the process closing our home, she was always available to reach out for all kinds of questions, and helped us communicate with the sellers fast and efficiently. Sharon did an AMAZING job as my buyer's agent! She is super efficient, patient, detail-oriented and considerate. As a first time buyer, Sharon took care of many things for me and she recommanded other services that were needed. She did detailed research everytime when I was interested in a house. Sharon is supportive as your agent --she only collects helpful information for you, but never pushes you to make rush decisions. We were able to get the offer accepted, because sharon took immediate actions when I showed my interest. And I am happy with my new home now. Highly recommended!
