As a first time homebuyers my girlfriend and I did not expect the home buying experience to go so smoothly. If it were not for Shauna Ward’s expert guidance I could not have gone through this process so easily. Shauna quickly got a sense of what we were looking for and took us through several homes that fit our criteria. When we found the home we wanted Shauna never stopped working to make the closing happen as smoothly as possible. Shauna did it all from working with sellers on negotiating us a great deal, to staying on top of inspectors and the title company so that the closing went through ahead of schedule without a single hitch! Shauna works on your behalf like she’s your best friend and is truly as excited as you are to see you find your new place. She may even give you some decorating and home improvement tips along the way! After a little less than a month of looking we are moved into our first home, and have made a great new friend! Shauna is the best.
