About Shelbi

Shelbi is a proud Western Kentucky University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, a concentration in Client Services, and a minor in Sales. She grew up all around Real Estate as her late grandmother went from being a stay-at-home mom with no education to being the #1 Broker and owner of her own thriving Real Estate business. Real Estate was in Shelbi’s blood before she even realized it, and she beams with pride every time she gets the opportunity to tell someone she is a REALTOR®.

Shelbi started her Real Estate career as a REALTOR® in Indianapolis before transferring to her husband’s hometown of Henderson to plant their roots. She is a digital media specialist who has spent many years studying and implementing social media on all platforms, along with having a Graphic Design background as well. Once the negotiations begin, Shelbi has been described as a wolf in sheep’s clothing, going to bat for her clients. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Henderson Audubon Board of REALTORS® Membership Committee, Public Relations Committee, Rotaract Young Professionals, and the Sandy Lee Watkins Songwriters Festival Planning Committee.

Shelbi is a high-energy REALTOR® known for her extensive market knowledge and unmatched devotion to her clients. In 2018, this was made clear as she was awarded the Quality Service Award, which is only given to agents whenever they receive active client survey scores with an average score of at least 95 percent satisfaction. Shelbi’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals.

Her favorite part of Real Estate is after the deal has closed; whenever she gets to see how each client turns the house they purchased into a home and add their own special touches. She feels it is an honor to assist clients in selling and purchasing one of the largest investments of their lifetime, and she believes in delivering the ultimate service to make this unpredictable process as smooth as possible.
