About Shenandoah

Shenandoah is a Top 100 Triangle Agent and the owner and team leader for Shenandoah Realty. She was born and raised only two hours away, in Virginia but moved to Durham with her husband Jason in 2007 for graduate school. After obtaining her PhD at UNC, she acted unconventionally and hopped into real estate. Ever since then, she has been building a successful real estate company, based on providing clients solid data from good research, excellent communication, and maintaining the highest standards for service. When she's not working, she loves exercising, going to art museums, and reading uplifting books. She lives with Jason, a psychologist and Duke University researcher, and two daughters in Chapel Hill.
