We contacted Sheri regarding a house for sale and she informed us that a sale was pending. We stated the type of home we were looking for and the following day she had three homes for us to see. All homes matched our criteria, however one stood out above the others and we made an offer on it. There was competition for the home and if it were not for Sheri’s people skills and ability to communicate effectively, I am confident the seller would have not accepted our offer. It was amazing to watch how she effectively worked with the seller’s agent, which resulted in the acceptance of our offer.

When it came time to sell our home in Portland a month or two later, Sheri found us a realtor in Portland and continued to counsel us in the marketing of our home.

We give Sheri the highest possible recommendation. She was the one person we could count on to be there for us when we needed her. I assure you, you will be happy if you decide to use Sheri as your realtor.

Sheri Ognianov, made our entire house purchasing process a great experience. Having purchased several other homes in the past and having worked with several other realtors, Sheri has been the best we've worked with. She new the area very well, understood our desires, and consistently provided a variety of options to ensure we were getting the house that we wanted. She went above what was expected and provided additional support beyond just informing us about the house. She worked with the sellers realtor to ensure all our questions were answered and helped facilitate the purchase of some equipment that remained with the home. Sheri has our strongest recommendation for anyone purchasing a house.

Moving from flat, warm , sunny Florida to rainy, mountainous, cold Washington ..I needed an informative , honest realtor ! After talking to several.. We by chance walked into Windermere and there she was. Sheri Ognianov. She worked hard to find houses that fit both me and my husband. Which wasn't easy because we were totally on different pages... after many days, weeks and several houses with several disappointments we found our home.. Sheri got to know both mine and my husband's wants and needs and was able to find a common ground that we could love together. We highly recommend Sheri. She is aggressive and more understanding to our needs . Her patience made her balance between my loves for the perfect house and what my husband thought his perfect house was. I live in Portland and was looking to buy a rental in the Washington area. I needed to find a real estate agent that I felt comfortable with and knew what areas that would be a good fit. Sheri was very helpful with sending me reports and information on the different locations and understood what I was looking for.
