What can I say about Sherlyn? If you want the best realtor to sell your home she is the one. She was quick to answer any and all questions that we had concerning the whole process of selling our house. She showed up to the appraisal with extra comps to help out the appraiser. Right before closing we had an issue with the HOA denying our home modification concerning a specific type of pebble rock. Of course this all happened when we were out of town. What did Sherlyn do you ask? She rented a truck from Home Depot and bought 50 bags of the only HOA approved pebble rock and installed it herself with the help of some of her family members. The next day the HOA approved the change and the house sold for more than we thought it would. She went far and way beyond what a realtor will do. She is simply the best.

Sky Consultants helped my husband and I close on a fantastic home in central Florida! They were responsive, informative, and professional. As a first time home buyer, we wanted someone to help us with the entire process of finding AND buying a home. You can easily feel pushed around by sellers, mortgage brokers, underwriters, builders, etc. and having someone support us and keep us from feeling overwhelmed or incompetent was a huge weight off our shoulders.
