The Southbay and Southern California are great places to live and work, which is why Sherry Mora chose to call it home. Sherry was born in California, with roots in Dallas and Detroit. Now back in California since 2001, she has lived and worked in all cites from as far south as San Pedro and as far north as Culver City, she is definitely considered a California Girl.
Affectionately know to others as “Maxx Factor”, her passion for real estate intrigued her to pursue her licensing in 2005. Shortly after, her efforts led her into real estate investing.where she thrived. However, her devotion for helping people, led her back to utilizing her talents to assist others in realizing their own real estate dreams.
Maxx’s background in leadership development and community services, instilled in her a strong desire to service the community. When not assisting her clients both locally and nationally, solidifying their real estate goals, she can be found feeding the homeless, stocking food banks, and handing out blankets and toiletries on skid row.
Maxx’s love for cooking and sampling new restaurants, makes her the ultimate “Foodie.” Because of her love for the arts - (all), you shouldn't be surprised seeing her singing karaoke, writing poetry, enjoying the Pageant of the Masters, or artistically inclined at the neighborhood “paint & sip.”
The love of travel has taken Maxx to many countries, where she loves to immerse in the native culture and of course experience the local eats, her favorite pastime.
