Sheryl is an incredible agent. She helped my husband and I find our first home recently. She understood what we wanted and helped us to find properties that met all of our must haves. We weren't easy clients by any means, and she didn't treat us like the impossible to please first time home buyers you always hear agents complaining about. Instead, she helped us find exactly what we wanted and had a lot of wonderful insight along the way. She was diligent in looking at homes in our preferred area, and ended up finding us the perfect property within a day of the listing going up. She is very knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home, which was helpful since we were relocating first time buyers. She helped to properly manage our expectations, and when we finally put an offer in, she executed everything perfectly and made our lives so much easier. Because of her great personality and her unmatched professionalism, I felt extremely at ease working with her.

We are a military family that moved out of the state. We had been renting the property out and decided to sale it after a few years. At the decision making time, she went above and beyond finding dependable, efficient renovators that painted, washed, and laid the flooring throughout the house. She even found us someone to do the yard. Being new to the house selling process, she helped us with all of it, from beginning to the end and answered all our questions. She never made us feel like we were bothering her or that our questions were annoying. She helped us with the negotiating and gave us advised when asked but wasn't pushy about any of it. She was fantastic to work with and only wish we were closer so we could hug her neck!
