A Scottsdale native and top-producing agent, Siena Dorsey brings her extensive local knowledge, positive energy, stellar communication, and top-notch negotiating skills to The Agency team. Specializing in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, she navigates the market for sellers and buyers of all kinds, including investors, custom home builders, first-time buyers and those relocating to the region.

At her previous brokerage, Siena had the highest sale in 2019 among more than 1000 agents, was recognized as one of the top solo agents in the Arizona network, and named a “Luxury Collection Specialist,” a designation granted to agents who sell multiple $1M+ listings annually. What fuels her passion for the industry is seeing how beautifully unique each piece of real estate is, witnessing spec homes come to life from the ground up, and finding the perfect fit for her buyers.

“I love playing a role in helping people make this huge financial and life decision. Real estate is one of the best investments one can make and knowing that I have positively contributed to the experience genuinely excites me,” she says. Siena prides herself on being able to put herself in her clients’ shoes and identify with their needs to gain a sense of their specific vision, style, and taste.

Siena was immersed in the industry from an early age, with her dad being a real estate investor and her stepmother, an interior designer. Collaborating with them led to finding her passion and dream job in real estate, which allows her to serve her community—a driving principle in her personal and professional life. Within her first two years in the industry, Siena sold more than $12 million in real estate as a solo agent.

Holding a BS in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University, Siena is involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors, which works to advance women as business leaders in the industry and the communities it serves. When she is not busy showing properties, Siena loves to travel, saying, “nothing in this world gives you more perspective, humbles you and makes you more grateful for life itself.”
