It’s that belief that made Silvia join the real estate industry in 2004. She always knew she wanted to chart a path helping others
and found her true calling as a real estate broker. It’s her patience, calm nature, and ability to carefully listen to her client’s needs
that helped her build a 90% referral based business.
In addition to years of experience, Silvia has invested in numerous courses, and many credited hours, to further her education and
better serve her community. She speaks 3 languages including Italian and Spanish. She’s a certified Seller Representative
Specialist, a Pricing Strategy Advisor, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and Staging Consultant, to name a few.
Silvia understands the importance of technology today and implements every aspect of it into her listings. Providing social media
platforms, syndicated websites, high-end professional print media, and direct mailings to attract new buyers.
Before becoming a real estate professional, Silvia and her husband built 2 spec homes that gave her an understanding and
appreciation for new construction and design. It’s here that her love and passion for the industry emerged.
Silvia and her husband raised their 3 children in both the La Grange and Indian Head Park areas. They’ve all graduated from
Lyons Township High School and remain living in a community close by. Silvia has extensive knowledge and experience living
in this area. She continues to work advising newcomers and their families to reside in the place she calls home.
