Silvia is originally from Miami and grew up in Key Biscayne and later in Coral Gables – two of Miami's most exclusive communities. Today she specializes in luxury home sales in Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove and Brickell.

Prior to her career in real estate, Silvia worked in both product development and medical center management in the healthcare sector. Silvia Yaniz is a Realtor and Sales Associate that has been licensed since 2005. She is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. As such, she has many years’ worth of experience working in contract language and complex agreements.
