Hi, I’m Sisley Cervantez. I’ve been in the housing industry for 16 years, starting with the Department of Housing Mobile Home license, and I earned my real estate license in 2018. My specialty has always been manufactured homes, mobile homes, and mobile home communities, but over time I’ve expanded my expertise to single-family homes and even luxury properties.

I pride myself on customer service and professionalism. I’m not about hard selling. I’m more like a friend helping you find the home you really want or get your property sold. Negotiation is one of my strengths, and I’ve learned that a kind, thoughtful approach gets the best results.

Family is very important to me, and being a mother has shaped how I care for my clients. I’ve lived in Vacaville my entire life, so I know the Sacramento, Bay Area, and Napa markets very well, and I’m always happy to travel for a client.
