Selling my mother in laws house due to her progressive health issues was a intimidating thought. Especially because it is located 2 hours away from me and there is a host of other daunting factors. Sondra's vast knowledge, patience and professionalism has taken what was a overwhelmingly, stressful situation and turned it into a realistic, doable task. I honestly do not think any other agent could have taken on this monstrous project. Much less, done so with the kindness and support that only comes with the high quality of service that she has provided.

I’ve worked with Sondra Hooley for a couple of years and my firm has assisted with several escrows for her clients. Sondra’s “above and beyond” approach with her clients, and really all parties on a transition, is commendable. She has her finger on the pulse of the market, her ability to get her buyer’s offers accepted in a sellers market is impressive (I’ve spoken with her buyers, they know she’s giving their offer all she can), she does a great job marketing her listings, her relationships with other real estate professionals goes a long way, her ethics are outstanding and she’s an enjoyable and positive person. In a nutshell, Sondra is a high quality real estate agent and an outstanding person. I highly endorse her.

Sondra was great to work with! She helped us with ever step along the way. She was responsive and available anytime we had questions. She explained everything and made sure we understood all the steps and paperwork in buying a house. She was even able to relieve some fo the stress in a very stressful experience. She also did all the negotiating with the seller and got us a great deal on our home. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home!

Sondra has been such a joy to work with while we have been searching for our first home! She is so quick, efficient, professional and patient with us. We send her a home we would like to view and within no time she’s already contacted the selling agent to schedule a viewing for us ASAP. It’s unbelievable how fast she works, but she takes her time to explain everything to us to ensure we understand and answers all of our questions. She’s very aggressive in the field meaning she will make sure you get what you want anywhere and is not afraid of a bidding war, yet, she’s one of the sweetest people and so much fun to work with! SO personable and really cares for her clients. She goes above and beyond, no questions asked. For an example, we have been working with her less than 1 week, have seen 10+ places already, and got accepted for an offer we placed a day ago.
