I am a Colorado Realtor® focusing on the Northern and Northeastern Colorado areas. Even though a real estate transaction could be the biggest purchase of your life, I firmly believe it’s “the little things” that will bring success to your transaction and experience. It's not my goal to "sell" you a home - it's my goal to present you with all the known pros, cons, and investigate red flags to help you make the best decision for you.

My husband and I have renovated three different homes thus far (and are living in/renovating #4), so I have hands-on experience with things to watch for and the possible costs involved with homes that need a little love. I am a big proponent of finding homes with "sweat-equity" potential but ultimately am on board with finding whatever home best suits your needs.

I grew up on a family-operated cattle ranch in Yuma County, Colorado. This created a certain resourcefulness and dedication that I carry into my career today. While I appreciate all the new and exciting things happening in the Northern Colorado area, small-town and rural living will always hold a special place in my heart, and I would love to share it with you! Having worked in both corporate and non-profit sectors, I understand both the hustle it takes to get things done, without losing the humanity involved in the process. I love directly serving my clients all the way to the finish line of closing on their new home - it will never not be rewarding for me.
