Sonya Kennedy

Sonya first moved to Southlake in 1985 and has called it home ever since. After 13 years as a major manufacturer's representative across five states for a successful business at the Dallas World Trade Center, she decided to pivot towards a more flexible career in real estate, after the birth of her second child. Since then, she has operated successfully in multiple spheres of real estate and started her own Brokerage in 2011. Sonya mostly focuses on tenant/landlord representation, industrial, retail, and medical complexes. She strives to provide her clients with the most comprehensive real estate service possible, backed by her refined skill in negotiation, and places professional ethics above all else. Outside of work, Sonya enjoys spending time with her family, listening to classical and metal, going to concerts, lifting weights, and cooking. Sonya is also a member of NTCAR, TXR, NAR.
