I was born and raised in The Triangle area and have lived in many of the towns (Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Raleigh) that make this area the best place to live. In more than 25 years of real estate, I have skillfully guided over 800 clients in selling, buying, investing, remodeling as well as representing new construction developments. Due to my longevity in the real estate industry, I have gained priceless experience in navigating the most complex transactions and the art of negotiation. Consulting clients through hundreds of home inspections and by representing numerous builders, I have developed a keen understanding of property conditions. This knowledge provides a critical advantage to my clients.

I built “The Partin Group” so my clients could be expertly advise every stage of the process from the first time we first meet to the inspections through the loan process up to the day of closing.
