Stanley Tonkin

Stan and Paula Tonkin chose the real estate profession as the natural progression for their
already successful sales and business backgrounds by transitioning to an industry that
provides unlimited potential and flexibility to grow a business. Stan has been active in the
real estate industry for 17 years and accomplished his Associate Brokers license and GRI
designation. Paula, with over 10 years experience in real estate, has achieved both the CRS
and SRES® designations.

Paula is a native Idahoan and Stan moved here in 1972. Partners in life and in business, Stan
and Paula are dedicated to identifying client needs and finding the best way to accomplish
those clients’ objectives. Stan and Paula have experience with a variety of properties
including residential, commercial, income properties, and farm/ranch.

Spending time with family is a priority for Stan and Paula... oftentimes, those family
gatherings will include outdoor Idaho activities including hiking, fishing, whitewater
rafting, and exploring. Stan and Paula enjoy road trips throughout Idaho and their favorite
destinations include McCall, Sun Valley, and Stanley. Back in town, clients receive top priority
as they are shown through the Treasure Valley area by these two very knowledgeable
community and real estate guides.
