Stephanie has worked every aspect of the real estate industry representing sellers, buyers and investors in both the residential and commercial markets. Her corporate years with CB Richard Ellis in the asset management division and then as an assistant property manager for a high-rise commercial building in downtown Tampa have given her an understanding of both residential and commercial markets.

Housing markets are always driven by basic supply and demand factors, just like any other market. All real estate is local and what is happening in one zip code area is not always consistent with other real estate trends, even from one county to the next.

Stephanie resides in Pasco County with her husband. Their two daughters, two sons- in-law and four grandchildren are also nearby.
