Stephanie Bell

Stephanie has lived in Florida since 1980. She received a Bachelors Degree in Finance from University of South Florida in 1992, licensed in Real Estate in 1993 and began working with Fran Maxon Real Estate in 1995.

Prior to joining Fran Maxon Real Estate, Stephanie was in marketing and management in the Banking industry. Her career in Real Estate began in Property Management and became the Office Manager in 1998 and Broker/Owner in 2000. Stephanie specializes in Residential Sales and Property Management.

Stephanie’s professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, the Manatee County Board of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service and the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce. She has been involved in the March of Dimes Walk America, the Alzheimers Association Memory Walk and was a Loaned Executive with United Way. Stephanie is married to an Anna Maria Island "native", has 2 children and is involved in many school activities.
