Originally from Texas, with a few stops along the way, My family FINALLY settled in Knoxville, Tennessee 25 years ago. I fell in love with the mountains, the lakes, and the fact I could see the seasons change! What I love most about my career and East Tennessee are the people. I have raised my children here, served in community affairs, made lifelong friends, and truly call East Tennessee my home. If am not watching a baseball game with my family I am probably chasing the new puppy ( or in line at Starbucks)!My career in real estate kicked off thirteen years ago in residential property management, which eventually lead to commercial property management. Stephanie was wonderful to work with. She found homes as outlined in our wishes and did her homework to provide us with the pros and cons of the property. We looked at numerous homes and she was like a bulldog to find us the right home. When it came to negotiations, she put on her boxing gloves and fought to get us the best deal. We are very happy with our purchase and Stephanie made the process seamless and timely.

Stephanie was extremely nice, personable, and so helpful. She helped me buy my first house and it took her no time to find me exactly what I was looking for, which was no small task. Found an owner financed home, in my price range, and within 4 miles of my work. On top of that it's in a nice neighborhood. She was always available and if she missed my call she returned it almost immediately. Buying my first home was a pleasant experience and I can credit Stephanie for that!
